1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AlphaSignalPro ("Service") at https://alphasignalpro.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By registering, you confirm you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and will comply with all applicable laws.
3. Description of Service
AlphaSignalPro provides an AI-powered platform including real-time market data displays, AI-generated trade signal summaries, stock scanner tools, market pulse dashboards, and trading journal tools. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not execute trades on your behalf.
4. No Financial Advice — Important Disclaimer
AlphaSignalPro is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Information provided through the Service, including AI-generated signals, market bias readings, and scanner outputs, is strictly for informational and educational purposes.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical signal accuracy data does not guarantee future performance. All trading decisions are solely your responsibility. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
You agree not to rely solely on the Service when making trading or investment decisions. The Service is one research input only. You remain solely responsible for evaluating any trade, position sizing, risk limits, and suitability for your personal circumstances.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or changed without notice. Automated analysis may contain errors, omit relevant facts, or fail to reflect current market conditions.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at legal@alphasignalpro.ai.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. All subscription payments are non-refundable — no refunds are issued for partial billing periods or unused access, except in the case of a verified billing error or where required by law. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription remains active and you retain full access to all paid features through the end of your current billing period. Access is not cut off at the time of cancellation. For billing disputes contact legal@alphasignalpro.ai.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; scrape or harvest data without consent; reverse-engineer the platform; share credentials; redistribute Service content; engage in market manipulation; or interfere with Service operation.
8. Intellectual Property
All Service content is the property of AlphaSignalPro or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce or distribute Service content without written permission.
9. Third-Party Services and Data
The Service integrates with third-party providers for authentication, billing, market data, and infrastructure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any third-party data and are not liable for errors, omissions, stale data, outages, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party providers or infrastructure vendors.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHASIGNALPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months or $100 USD.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data or AI signals will be accurate, complete, profitable, or real-time.
We do not guarantee that any data, signals, alerts, analytics, or market information provided by the Service is real-time, accurate, complete, or continuously available. Delays, interruptions, stale values, or calculation errors may occur at any time.
You understand and agree that AlphaSignalPro is not responsible for losses arising from service interruptions, market-data delays, API failures, infrastructure outages, notification failures, or temporary unavailability of any feature.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlphaSignalPro from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or trading decisions made based on Service information.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration per AAA rules in Wilmington, Delaware. You waive the right to participate in class-action proceedings.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting legal@alphasignalpro.ai.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
