AlphaSignalPro Technologies LLC acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the Service.
By using AlphaSignalPro, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your Google account email and profile name.
Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, browser type, and device type.
Financial Data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status — never full payment card numbers.
User-Generated Content. Trading journal entries, watchlists, and scanner configurations you create are stored to provide the Service.
Cookies and Local Storage. We use browser cookies and localStorage to maintain sessions and remember preferences. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are activated only upon your explicit consent.
AI and Automated Systems Data. We may process market data, usage patterns, and account-level interactions through automated systems and AI models to generate insights, alerts, rankings, summaries, or analytics inside the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information

- Process subscription payments and send billing communications

Our automated systems may assist in generating signals, market commentary, and analytics, but they do not make fully automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

- Service Providers — Stripe (payments), Firebase/Google (authentication and hosting), PostgreSQL database providers, and Resend (email delivery)
- Legal Requirements — when required by law or court order
- Business Transfers — in connection with a merger or acquisition
5. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except where legally required.
Usage logs and analytics data may be retained in aggregated form for up to 24 months. Billing, tax, and accounting records may be retained for up to 7 years where required to comply with legal, regulatory, or bookkeeping obligations.
6. Your Rights

7. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, request deletion of your personal information, and request correction of inaccurate personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
We do not sell your personal information and do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Essential cookies are always active. Analytics cookies require your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies or adjusting browser settings.
Google Analytics may collect information such as IP address, device identifiers, browser metadata, and browsing behavior. We use this data in aggregated form to understand usage trends and improve the Service.
We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
9. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security including TLS/HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and server-side API key management (keys are never exposed to browsers). No method of transmission is 100% secure.
If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users and regulators as required by applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
